Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 9, 2026

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our VPS hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial signup.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service activation date.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services or multiple signups are not eligible for multiple refunds).
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are not eligible for any refund.
• Dedicated Servers and Domain Registration fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please open a support ticket from your client area with the subject "Refund Request". Our billing department will review your request and process verified refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals.
• Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, Windows).
• Setup Fees (if applicable).
• Dedicated Servers.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time via the client area. Cancellation requests can be set to "Immediate" or "End of Billing Period".

• Immediate Cancellation: The service will be terminated immediately, and data will be deleted. No remaining time refund will be provided (unless within the 7-day guarantee).
• End of Billing Period: The service will remain active until the paid period expires, after which it will not renew.
